      I originally placed an order for black/red balls. There was an issue with their supply and they were short on the number I needed. They offered many options to resolve the situation while apologizing profusely. In the end I did not care about the color, so they shipped me what they had and even threw an extra ball in at no cost to convey their sincerest apologies. They have my loyalty and business for years to come.
