Many items available on SteamrollerRugby.com qualify for free shipping. If the items in your order are eligible and total $129 or more, select "Free Shipping" at checkout and your items will be sent with FREE domestic UPS shipping!

"Free Shipping" applies to all domestic shipments; the 50 States and District of Columbia. "Free Shipping" does NOT apply to international shipments or those going to the overseas US territories.
 
UPS Ground shipping time-in-transit can vary from 1 to 7 business days (Saturday and Sunday are not "business" days).  Most orders will ship from our warehouse in Bel Air, Maryland (21014).  To see UPS' time-in-transit, visit www.ups.com for more details (use 21014 as the Zip Code; select "Shipped from" to generate the time-in-transit map)
 
Also, please note that UPS Ground shipments do NOT deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
 
Certain items are NOT eligible for free shipping. Those include select training equipment that requires special packaging or handling. In addition, sales, clearance or custom, made-per-order items may be excluded.
 
 
RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Steamroller Rugby Supply.  Unused merchandise can be returned to Steamroller Rugby Supply within two weeks (14 calendar days) for a full refund. Customized items, such as those decorated with names or numbers, can not be returned.

Upon receipt, SRS will inspect the merchandise and issue a credit for the merchandise and outgoing shipping.  It may take up to an additional week for a credit to appear on your credit/debit card or PayPal account.
 
Steamroller Rugby Supply will not issue a refund for the return shipping, so please use the most cost-effective manner possible.  We can not be held responsible for lost or wrongly-addressed return shipments. We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a restocking or repair fee if the item has been at all damaged or worn.
 
Please Note - Rugby cleats should not be "tested" or worn on dirt or pavement.  Please try your cleats in the comfort of your home.  Worn or dirty cleats can not be accepted for return.



DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Our products have been tested under rigorous conditions and all shipments are inspected as they leave. While infrequent, defects can happen.  Should you receive a defective item, please email us or call with an explanation of the defect.  We will work with you to repair or replace your item.

Manufacturer warranties can vary by product.  At a minimum, Steamroller Rugby Supply will honor a two week "No Worries" repair or replacement policy on all merchandise.  Should you find a defect, please contact us to begin the process of getting your item repaired or replaced.
